Peter is originally from New Jersey, about 15 miles as the crow flies, from Manhattan. He grew up there and in Sherwood Forest, Maryland, and was fortunate to have spent most summers of his youth at Lake St Catherine in Vermont and in New Hampshire. He attended colleges in the north and in the south, and then had a 30+ year career with a national company, including at the New York City headquarters as VP Human Resources and VP Operations/Productivity. Subsequent to retirement, Pete operated a successful business consulting company, and invested in ski and waterfront properties in the northeast.
His wife, a now-retired banking executive, is a winter sports and golf enthusiast, while Pete enjoyed high-performance power-boating and golf, both activities slotting nicely in with their property decisions. About 18 years ago, desiring a longer boating and golfing season they decided to relocate their primary residence from New Hope, Pennsylvania, just across the Delaware River from New Jersey, to the Lake Lanier area in Georgia where they built a home in a gated golf community in Suwanee, Forsyth County. They retained a ski home in the Pocono Mountains and had a home and other properties on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire.
Pete has had an exceptional record of achievement, including being an Atlanta Magazine 2022 Real Estate All-Star based on closed Sales volume in the top 5% of all agents in the Atlanta metro market. In addition, he has amassed a number of designations, gained through both continuing education and by achieving stellar results. He a Lifetime Member of the Circle of Excellence, the Harry Norman Success Circle, received the 2021 Phoenix Award and is proud of being named a Harry Norman Senior Marketing Consultant, or "SMC". This designation is a result of an outstanding closed sales record, and high standards of customer/client satisfaction.

72% of listings, 77% of closed volume, 70% of closed units
In addition, SMCs achieve almost 4.5 times the volume of an average productive sales associate, close more than 3 times the units of an average productive sales associate and closed sales an average of almost 39% higher sales price than the average productive sales associate.

Today, Peter hones in on certain market areas in which he has special interest and exceptional results, specifically, equine, farm/land, lake, golf, luxury residential and commercial properties. He will compete for a limited number of listings and buyer searches, but does not handle leases of any kind.
