gate to the path to the lake. A new, gentle path to the
lake, suitable for walking or an ATV or Gator, is under
construction. The old existing path is fairly steep
with "railroad tie" type steps down to the bottom, then
a level walk to the outer end of the cove to the dock.
The new path is a huge improvement and will be completed
soon.
You'll find excellent Lake Lanier boating right off the
dock of this home. Sheltered coves, lovely vistas,
perfect for waterskiing and fishing. Or, make a day of
it, with boating directly into the south lake to one of
the many restaurants with docks for lunch, or a picnic
in a park or on an island. Cruise, swim, relax and have
a ball on the lake.
There is a large detached garage off the left corner of

This home has been exceptionally well-maintained, and is
in move-in condition. Hardi-Plank siding (concrete
composite) makes for the best possible siding material
in our climate, with very low maintenance requirements,
and distasteful to insects.
Lake views are seasonal to the rear and the cove, and
year 'round off the wrap around front deck, though
across the cul-de-sac and over the top of other homes.
Lake views are best enjoyed from the top deck of the
dock.
