to severe drought, Lake Lanier water levels are way
below "normal", or "full pool". Now is the
best time to look
at available Lake Lanier properties, as that the
depth potential of the water at any dock can be
clearly ascertained. Is there really 'deep water" now?
Can the dock be utilized for your needs with a
minimal amount of level increase, or will it need to
be full pool to be useful? Prices reflect the
current market, and they are sure to rise when the
lake refills!
